This is good isn't it?  I've not written for well over a year and things have not really got worse.  They've limped along quite nicely really.  I've had my fatigued days and generally this happens over the weekend, typically, but all in all, it's been good..... Until now.  I thought I should log the fact that very slightly, I've had the feeling of heat running up my spine, my neck and over my head.  It could be a hot flush as I'm nearing that age, but I thought I'd log it as I've had it before I started writing this blog and I need to keep in touch with what's going on in my body.  Apart from that, it's all good.
